CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – ONE SYDNEY HARBOUR SITE (2023)

Works continue to progress well on the on the One Sydney Harbour construction site. The first tower, Residences One (R4A - SSD 6964), has now topped out - this means that the structure of the building reached its full height. We expect that the building will be complete later in 2023. Residences Two (R4B - SSD 6965) has also topped out and the building is expected to be complete in 2024.

WATERMANS RESIDENCES – R5 (SSD 6966)

The third and final One Sydney Harbour tower, Watermans Residences (R5 SSD 6966), commenced construction in May 2022 and has now topped out, meaning it has reached full height. This building is located to the east of Residences One and Residences Two, by Hickson Road. The building is expected to be complete in 2024.
