As part of our commitment to social sustainability, Lendlease has developed a comprehensive plan and cultural framework for Barangaroo South including the delivery of 50 social programs to ensure it leaves a positive social and community legacy now and into the future.
Stories in the Sky
Stories in the Sky is a series of artworks created by the community, for the community. We are working with local children to help to tell a story about Barangaroo, the strong Cammeraygal woman, on the side of what will be one of Sydney’s tallest residential towers.
The stories are being told on Residences One, the first of three towers collectively known as ‘One Sydney Harbour’ during the construction phase as the tower rises into the sky. As the tower is being built, we have a temporary blank canvas to fill with artworks, created by children, for all of Sydney to see.
Discover Barangaroo – Interactive Lessons for High Schools
New for 2021: We invite teachers and their students to Discover Barangaroo through a series of interactive lessons which will take you on a journey through Barangaroo, the world class precinct based on Sydney’s foreshore. The lessons are aligned to the Australian curriculum for students in years 7 to 10 but can be adapted for years 11 and 12. Any questions – discoverbarangaroo@lendlease.com.
