Barangaroo is big in more than size.  It is a big opportunity for the people of Sydney, for Government, for business investment, for innovation, and importantly it can make a major contribution towards ensuring Sydney becomes a truly world class city.

The New South Wales Government has created this great opportunity for all Sydneysiders. The Government has undertaken a long and robust process to ensure the right outcomes can be achieved. 

The ambition for Barangaroo is a bold one, consistent with many of the aims of the City of Sydney with its Sustainable Sydney 2030 initiative.

The Sustainable Sydney 2030 vision is for a Green, Global, and Connected City. We will be working hard to ensure Barangaroo South is a crucial component of Sydney 2030.
