Lend Lease: partnering with Sydney for more than 50 years
Lend Lease is a global ASX listed company proudly working across Australia, the UK, the United States, the Middle East and Asia. Its global headquarters – and its heart – is in Sydney.
Lend Lease’s vision is to be the leading international property company.
For more than 50 years, we have helped to shape some of Australia’s most prominent buildings and public spaces. Examples of Lend Lease's commitment to quality include Australia Square in the 1960s, to the MLC Centre in the ‘70s, Darling Park and Cockle Bay in the ‘90s, the Olympic Village in 2000 to Rouse Hill, Jacksons Landing and the company’s own headquarters – The Bond building on "The Hungry Mile" (Hickson Road).
Founded in Sydney in 1958 by Dutch immigrant and innovator Dick Dusseldorp, the group was born out of a vision to create a company that could successfully combine four disciplines; property, financing, development and investment. A culture based on respect, integrity, innovation, collaboration, excellence and trust.
We are committed to creating and building innovative and sustainable property solutions, forging partnerships with contactors, employees, government and capital suppliers and delivering the best outcomes for the communities in which we operate.
Sustainability has been an integral part of our culture, as we believe every action adds up. Through design and investment in new technologies, we are committed to delivering the next generation of sustainable property solutions.
Lend Lease is committed to operating safe working environments wherever we have a presence. This philosophy reaches every part of our operations and extends to employees, partners, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
